I work 2:30pm-11pm as the student supervisor for a university library, which means I'm at work right now. My cubicle is crammed with stuff because, let's be honest, I spend most of my life at work. Amazingly, I was able to find something for all but one of the things.

1.A favorite character

Calum Thomas Hood. A real person but also, a character. And yes, I'm in my forties and have this framed at work. Being adult means I can do so.

2. Something that makes you laugh

My favorite person in the whole world is an enby student who leaves me love notes along the lines of "ur a lesbian." I put them on my Lesbian Wall and they always make me laugh.

3. A bookshelf

The bookshelf above my desk with the Rumi book I just bought and library books for my thesis. And also, rainbows.

4. A game or hobby you enjoy

I love coloring and this was tons of fun - water color brush pens on Prima's watercolor coloring book.

5. Something you find comforting

My cubicle wall with photos of a family trip to Quebec, a sweet photo of someone I babysit and odds and ends I've collected in the 8 years I've worked here.

6. A TV show or movie you hope more people will watch

Cheating a little bit for this one. I haven't yet taken my Christmas cubicle decorations down and Elf never fails to make me laugh.

7. A piece of clothing you love

I'm wearing my favorite Eva Rose dress today.

8. An old fandom

A present from my work bestie - we saw 5 Seconds of Summer together in August 2018 and for Christmas that year she framed a photo of us waiting in line - the background is lyrics from my favorite 5Sos songs.

9. A new fandom

Fort and Peat from Love in the Air. They're so freaking stunning.

That's a lovely thing to say, thank you. My work environment really encourages this kind of self-expression - my coworker has thousands of toys displayed at her desk.
